Women’s Ministry
The Women’s Ministry of the Evangelical Church of Papua New Guinea (ECPNG) plays a vital role in the life and mission of the church. Through faith, fellowship, discipleship, and service, women are encouraged and empowered to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ while making meaningful contributions to their families, churches, and communities.
Since the early days of ECPNG, women have been actively involved in supporting the ministry of the church through prayer, evangelism, discipleship, community outreach, and leadership development. Their dedication and commitment have helped strengthen local congregations and advance the mission of the church throughout Papua New Guinea.
The Women’s Ministry provides opportunities for spiritual growth through Bible studies, prayer meetings, conferences, leadership training, and fellowship gatherings. It also promotes Christian values, family life, and community development initiatives that positively impact society.
Through various programs and activities, ECPNG Women’s Ministry seeks to equip women to become faithful disciples, effective leaders, and compassionate servants of Christ. The ministry encourages women of all ages to use their God-given gifts and talents to serve the church and bring glory to God.
As ECPNG celebrates its 60th Diamond Jubilee, the church honors the faithful women who have contributed to its growth and development over the years. Looking ahead, the Women’s Ministry remains committed to nurturing godly women who will continue to influence future generations through faith, service, and leadership.
