Ministries

The Evangelical Church of Papua New Guinea (ECPNG) carries out its mission through a variety of ministries that serve people of all ages and backgrounds. Guided by the Great Commission and empowered by the Holy Spirit, these ministries are dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel, nurturing believers, and serving communities throughout Papua New Guinea and beyond.

Since its establishment, ECPNG has remained committed to holistic ministry, addressing the spiritual, social, educational, and physical needs of individuals and families. Through the faithful work of pastors, evangelists, missionaries, youth leaders, women’s fellowships, men’s ministries, Sunday School teachers, and many volunteers, the church continues to impact lives and transform communities.

Key ministries within ECPNG include Evangelism and Mission, Church Planting, Youth Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Men’s Ministry, Children’s Ministry, Christian Education, Leadership Development, Community Outreach, and Prayer Ministries. These ministries work together to strengthen local churches, equip believers for service, and extend the love of Christ to those in need.

Today, ECPNG ministries continue to grow and adapt to the changing needs of society while remaining firmly grounded in the Word of God. As the church celebrates its 60th Diamond Jubilee, it gives thanks for the countless individuals who have faithfully served in ministry and contributed to the growth of God’s Kingdom.
