The Evangelical Church of Papua New Guinea (ECPNG) has long recognized the importance of holistic ministry, caring not only for the spiritual needs of people but also for their physical well-being. Through its Health Services Ministry, ECPNG has played a significant role in providing healthcare to communities, particularly in rural and remote areas where access to medical services is often limited.

Building upon the foundation established by early missionaries, ECPNG has supported the development of health centers, aid posts, and community health programs that serve thousands of Papua New Guineans. These services have contributed to improving public health, promoting disease prevention, supporting maternal and child health, and providing essential medical care to vulnerable communities.

As the church celebrates its 60th Diamond Jubilee, it gives thanks for the dedicated men and women who have faithfully served in the health sector and remains committed to expanding its ministry of healing and hope for future generations.
