Balimo Nursing Students Begin Practicum

Nursing students from Balimo School of Nursing, operated by ECPNG, have begun their clinical practicum at Balimo Hospital. This practical training is vital in preparing them for future service in health centres across PNG. The students are already making a difference, assisting in patient care and promoting hygiene standards.

Balimo Hospital Battles TB Cases

The ECPNG-run Balimo Hospital is actively responding to rising cases of tuberculosis (TB) in the Lower Fly region. With limited resources, the dedicated staff continue to deliver essential care while conducting awareness campaigns to educate the community. ECPNG is also calling for more prayer and support to fight this growing health issue in remote areas of Papua New Guinea.

New Church Opens in Batri Valley

The Evangelical Church of Papua New Guinea (ECPNG) has officially opened a new church in Batri Valley, marking a major milestone in its mission outreach. More than 3,000 people gathered to celebrate this special occasion, including church leaders, missionaries, and local communities. The event also included a farewell tribute to a missionary couple who faithfully served the region for over 53 years. Their legacy continues to inspire the church as it expands across the Highlands.
